Candie McGrath
Candie started her professional career managing dental offices in Richmond, Va. In 2005, when she and Mark started MSV, she took on managing the day-to-day operations.
When not working she pours love and passion into her children and grandchildren. She loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. She and Mark have been together since 1998.
Mark McGrath
Mark started in the manufacturer’s rep business in 1996. He took a job working for a local rep firm in Richmond, VA. He quickly fell in love with the business and worked hard to learn all the ins and outs of the various companies he represented. He was driven to shorten the learning curve so he could truly help customers solve any issues facing their facilities. Mark takes pride in helping customers solve problems and being the trusted go to source for customers. Many of those original customers he still works with today.
Mark is a Richmond native. He has 4 children, 2 grandchildren and a wife who has stood by him every step of the way. His family fuels his drive and has taught him the importance of servant leadership.
Dave Smith
Dave joined MSV in 2022. Dave’s outgoing personality and willingness to learn and ask questions have made him a great fit to our growing team. Dave is responsible for our distribution network. He spends most of his time doing Lunch & Learns, ensuring distributors have materials and tools they need to do their jobs effectively and helping them win jobs.
He is a native of Chesapeake, VA. He and his wife have two kids, that keep them running in travel sports. In his free time, he loves to hunt, fish and play golf.
